Yoni’s passion for the ICT-BPO industry grew through his experience working with the Caribbean’s most awarded hotel group, Sandals and Beaches Resorts International, where he served as Global Director of Site Operations managing 15 business units globally. He is currently the president of the Business Process Industry Association in Jamaica and represents the ICT-BPO industry on several private and public sector committees geared toward enhancing the sustainable development and growth of the ICT-BPO sector.

He was recognized in Jamaica as ‘The 2013 Employer of the Year’ as a result of the great value and emphasis placed on employee satisfaction and company culture at itel-BPO. He was also ranked amongst the 50 most influential executives in Nearshore outsourcing for the Latin American and Caribbean region.
